Below are a couple of important reminders from the meeting:
- The deadline to sign up for the trip is 9/8/2023. Sign up by this date to ensure your spot on the trip!
- It’s only a small initial $99 deposit to sign up. The remaining amount is spread out over the months leading up to the trip.
- Use Trip ID 211676 to sign up. You can sign up online at worldstrides.com/register or by phone at 800-468-5899.
WorldStrides provides many great tools to help you pay for the trip. Check these out:
- Financial assistance: over $2.5 million in assistance is given out each year to qualifying families – call customer service to get your money allocated
- Gift of Education Fundraising program: with E-Cards and shareable Facebook Links. 100% of the money raised goes directly to offset the trip price.
- Affordable payment plans are available: EZPay is the best option for most families, you can enroll online or over the phone.
- If you are interested in enrolling in the Extended Payment Option, please note these key details:
- You must enroll by September 8th to secure the payment schedule below
- Payments will be $343 a month, plus $6 handling fee. You keep paying this amount until the trip is paid in full
- Only available through our payments desk – call customer service at 800 468 5899 and ask to be put through to the payments desk to enroll in an extended payment option
